Many of these educational games were created before the computer mouse and trackpad were part of the gaming experience.  While some of these titles have been updated to use the mouse and trackpad, others have not.  You will have to use computer keys... just like we did once upon a time.  If you need to leave the game, click the Escape key ESC.
